ERASMUS + PROJECT in Sicily

My stay in Italy was a great one. I met a lot of new people, got to know their culture, habits and languages. I had a lot of fun exploring such a beautiful place with so many people from different countries in Europe. I especially enjoyed going to Cefalù, Mondello Beach and exploring the city of Palermo. The culture was very different from mine and that is one of the most memorable things about the trip. I got to taste new food and see new places but most importantly I met new people.

Impression after a trip to sicily

This trip gave me a lot: joy, smiles of young people, new acquaintances and a different culture. What did I like the most?
I find it difficult to pick out something special. I had so many impressions that everything remained at the highest level.  But still, I can single out the family Lo Verde in which I lived. They gave me joy and wonderful minutes. There were also a lot of people with whom I made friends and  keep in touch
Thank you for this opportunity.

Trip to Sicily

I've always dreamed about traveling. I am glad that thanks to this project my dream has come true. I could visit the beautiful cities of Palermo, Cefalù and Monreale,
as well as fly by plane 😁. I met new, wonderful people. I was also fascinated by new dishes and culture. It was a great time. Everything I saw there will always remain in my memory.

Erasmus+ project in Sicily.

I don't really like to write a lot or speak without slowing down. So long story tuned short, it was a great expierience to meet a lot of new people and feel what their culture could be and what are the things that makes them what they are.

Sicily it self is great place to visit in vacation and there are a lot of things to see, not counting churches😅.But it's nature isn't something to pay no attention to, because it feels like a green city with a lot of roots from nature.

I would really like to say:"Thank you !" To Andrea and his nice and understanding family for hosting me and my friend in this wonderful project!

My stay in Palermo

My stay in Palermo

I find my stay in Palermo a very exciting adventure. I met nice people and saw wonderful monuments. I visited beautiful areas and learnt a lot about the culture of Sicily. I also spent good time with my host - family. I feel rested and excited about this trip. I would like to come back to this place one day.

MY EXPERIENCE IN LAST MOBILITY
For me it was a very important experience both of languages and knowledge. It was really a great pleasure to relate to children of different nationalities trying to learn more about them, their traditions and the culture of the various countries. Hosting Kristopher certainly helped me a lot, also to let him know better about our daily lifestyle. I believe that in the future this experience will bear fruit and I hope to be able to remain as close as possible to all my mobility companions.

all erasmus guys!

Me and my friends.

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only a page."

It was a wonderful experience because I had the amazing opportunity to know people from other countries, with a way of seeing life totally different from ours, with ways of doing, with cultures, customs, habits and ways of thinking different from ours. I was able to compare myself with every single boy and girl from every single country and I noticed that there are things that we young people have in common: think of our future, of a better future where wars, religious, racial and political persecutions turn into a single moment of tolerance and peace or a problem much more felt for us children: pollution. For me this was the second experience with which I hosted another nation in my house! And if there is the possibility of doing it again, I will do it with great pleasure. These are experiences that leave a mark in your heart. The first time I hosted a German boy, this time I hosted two boys from Latvia. With them I exchanged ideas and opinions addressed in a general sense. On these occasions I had the chance to know the boys in a deeper way than other guys! Because I was part of the activities carried out in Palerme. Both were exciting experiences. See these people marveling at our monuments was quite strange! We see them frequented (even simply walking for a few meters we meet different ones), now we no longer pay attention to our cultural beauties, architectural, natural and landscape; and thanks to them I was able to rediscover the value of our monuments! To know these people was an experience that leaves you speechless. I tied a lot with the guys that we hosted here in Palerme, especially with the group of Spanish kids, to keep in touch we exchanged phone numbers. The days spent with these guys are unforgettable and every day, every hour and every minute spent with them is engraved in my heart forever. This experience is like an indelible writing.

Blue Group!

As part of the Erasmus project, I had the interesting opportunity to meet one of my Icelandic peers. She told me about her daily life, her hobbies, her friendships, her family, her school and her city. Despite the diversity of language, customs and habits, etc. ... I liked so much being with her, a good friendship was created and in order to keep in touch we exchanged phone numbers. I hope that in the future we can meet again to spend other good times together.

Our gratitude to the italian team

Spanish team want to thank to the italian team coordinated by Cettina, for the nice welcome to the exchange in Palermo. We have enjoyed so much your beautiful monuments and your tasted food. Another unforgettable experience for this Erasmus family "National prides in a European context".

Sicilian mobility

OMG! I really loved this mobility! Why?
First, I enjoyed a lot how all the international groups were so friendly to each other and how well we mixed toghether. All the trips were really joyful and funny, I really liked that, and you will never got bored.
Second, I made a lot of friends that will be forever in my memory. Expecially the two girls that I hosted, but also the spanish group..I first met them in Oriuhela and since that I never ever forgot about them. The other groups were also, personally I didn't expect that, so friendly!
Third, I think that is the first time, or only time, that I was very upset when everyone left..
Even the last day, at dinner, I was hoping that this would never end and I hope it will be like that...
