The days the project participants were in Latvia were really nice . People were friendly and I made a lot of friends . The girl Marina who stayed with me was the perfect guest . ❤️ I loved showing people from other countries and cultures how Latvia is and what traditions we have . Overall, everything was excellent. my experience in Latvia
My experience in Latvia
Travelling to Latvia was truly an amazing experience, I loved everything about this trip and I am going to share a few of my favorite moments from the trip in this blog. First of all I got to meet so many amazing kids and made a lot of new friends from all over the world. I also got to go see some breathtaking places in this beautiful country while having fun with all my new friends. My favorite day of the trip was the day we went to Riga and got a tour of the old town, this town was the most beautiful town i have ever been to and I loved it. After the tour in Riga we went to a beach called Saulkrasti which was also a lot of fun.
National Prides in a European Context in Latvia
These days when our Erasmus + partners came to Latvia were very interesting. I really enjoyed this week with you. I hope you enjoyed Latvian culture. It was fantastic to get to know new people and interact with them. Hope you all see again
A beautiful experience in Latvia
I LOVE LATVIA 馃槏
Hi! I'm M贸nica from Spain and I went to Latvia, I had a beautiful experience there, Latvia is much different as Spain, I remember that I was like "OMG there are a lot of trees and plants and forests, Lots of Green!!" hahaha. Iwas afraid about the weather, but when I arrived, the weather was like in Spain so I hadn't problems with that.
When I arrived, my latvian friend Daniels, was waiting for me, because he was my partner.
The first day, we visited the school and It was amazing because there was a lot of things.
The second day, we went to Riga, and it really seems like the city of San Francisco or Paris haha.
The third day we went to a natural park and I feel like a wilding haha
The food was good but I'll always prefer the food of Spain.
I hope to return soon.
M贸nica!! :) 馃榿 馃檶 馃懐

National Prides in an Amazing Latvian Context
Wonderful, amazing and great days in our host country Latvia!
. I wouldn't know how to express all my thankfulness to Latvian students, teachers and parents who welcomed us for five days, offering us the best of themshelves and their valuable heritage:
Incredible large forests surrounding us everywhere, lakes and nice river trips... and green, green. green places everywhere... their lovely and catchy songs and dances (everybody can dance and sing beautifully, even we were able to perform at an endearing school concert, singing and dancing traditional songs _we had learned to read the loooooooooong Latvian vowels before_ )...and green, green, green everywhere... delicious tasting of handmade food (some of it only cooked at the Summer solstice).... and green, green green everywhere.... the beautiful old Riga, the awesome National Library with its eleven floors and the Cabinet of Folksongs (UNESCO World Memory), the unexpectedly quiet and bright Baltic sea, and my favourite place, the Baltic Way, the monument on the Latvian- Estonian border, a remembrance place of a peaceful political demonstration on 23 August 1989 when two million people joined their hands across the three Baltic states, demonstrating a popular desire to be free from the Soviet rules.... and everywhere green, green, green...
...and thank you, thank you, thank you for these blissful unforgettable days. I hope we meet you again.
Latvia
I was really proud to know that I was chosen for this project. When I flied to Latvia I was really excited to know all of the new students from other europeans countries and to meet my partner that I talked with her via Instragram before the travel and meet her face to face was really exciting and wonderful.
We had fun in every second of the trip. We visited many interesting places in Latvia and My favourite day was when we went to Riga, It was beautiful and I also love the closing ceremony where We Watched singing performances and dancing performances where all the students from the project and partners danced and sang too.
It was an amazing trip I would do again this wonderful proyect I recommend it!
